"I ordered via Gojek and got the wrong sandwich BUT the restaurant was super responsive and really helpful and in less than half an hour had a replacement in the way to me. When it’s busy people make mistakes and I absolutely understand that and the way these guys handled fixing the issue was top shelf!!! Excellent customer service, getting the mixed up order will not put me off ordering again."

"Thumbs up to this newly-opened panini joint!!!!! Ordered twice via Grabfood. Each time, they arrived warm and not burnt. The pastrami in Manhattan and meatballs in Bronx were equally tender and juicy. I have had terrible instances where the sandwich I ordered was burnt to the point that it was bitter and the meat was super tough and chewy (I’m looking at you, Bahn Mi & Beans)."

"My sandwich was delicious! I had been craving a sandwich for weeks in Asia and my cravings were finally satisfied! I got the Staten Island and wasn’t really sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was large, full and had great flavor. The bread was also amazing. I think the price was cheap considering they used real Italian meats and cheeses which can’t be easy or cheap to get in Bali! (This is coming from someone from the US with a large Italian family) I highly recommend!"
